Buoy Santa Photos

Our capacity is six people per group/time slot. Contact buoy@seattlekraken.com for information about larger groups.

Each time slot is five minutes. 

Yes! You have the five minute window to make sure you love your photo, interact with Buoy, and then approve the photo before it gets sent.

Yes! Autographs can be done after your photo is taken.

Due to time constraints, we cannot offer individual photos for each member of a group. If you want a photo without your group, please sign up for a second time slot. 

We have limited availability for walk-ins during X time slots. 

Due to high demand, we cannot offer any refunds but will try* to add you to one of our walk-in sessions at no cost. We understand things happen and will not charge for the make-up session. Make-up sessions will run Friday, Dec. 6 from 8:00pm-9:00pm. Email buoy@seattlekraken.com for reschedule inquiries.

*Make-up sessions not guaranteed.

We recommend showing up 10-15 minutes early to make sure you are camera ready, checked in, and ready to shine. If the group before you ends early, you may be able to start earlier, too!

We will have a check-in table inside the Iceplex lobby. You will then be directed down a magical hallway to meet Buoy in his Holiday Cave. 

At this time we only offer digital photos.

Your photo will be emailed to you at the conclusion of your session.

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the facility.
