The proceeds from this auction off-set pricing of youth programs at Kraken Community Iceplex. This auction is separate from the One Roof Anchor Auctions. Details of the One Roof Anchor Auctions can be found here. 

If you have bid in One Roof Anchor Auctions before, while it is on the same auction platform, you will need a new log-in and password to bid in this particular auction.

Fans who are 16 years of age and over and residents of the United States are eligible to bid. All of the items in this auction are in-game experiences, so bidders should plan to be in attendance on November 9th. Auction entry is void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply.

By registering for the Super Skills Showcase Auction, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction and acknowledging that your information will be shared with Kraken Community Iceplex in accordance with those terms and conditions. By entering a credit card into GiveSmart for use in the Super Skills Showcase Auction, you acknowledge that all bids are final and authorize GiveSmart and the Kraken Community Iceplex to charge the card for experiences won in the Super Skills Showcase Auction.

Bids must be placed through GiveSmart, our mobile auction platform. All bids are final and cannot be adjusted once placed. Bidding is not allowed following the close of the auction. If a bid fails to go through due to a technical difficulty in the system, the Kraken Community Iceplex is not liable, and the auction results remain as finalized.

Once you have completed registration, you will receive a welcome message via email and/or text (texts are only sent if you opt-in to text message notifications during registration), linking to the Items page where you can browse and start bidding on auction items.

To start browsing:
1. Click on the blue link in the welcome text to be directed to the Items page.
2. View the experiences.
3. Click the experience of interest to view the description, the current bid, and the bidding history.
4. The system will auto-populate the bid amount based on the set increment for the item, but you can increase that amount, at your discretion.
5. Click “Watch This Item” or, if you are ready to start bidding, click “Bid.”

You can allow the system to automatically bid up to a designated amount for you. The system will bid incrementally up to the amount designated as long as someone else places a bid against you. If no one bids against your auto-bid, the price remains the same.

To set up an auto-bid:
1. Click the item of interest
2. Click the “Auto Bid” tab
3. Enter in the maximum amount you would like to bid
4. Click “Bid”

Note: When two bids are placed for the same amount, the bid placed first wins.

Winners will be notified via email or text message on Monday, November 4. And winning bid amounts will be charged to the card on-file. 

You can track your status by clicking “My Activity” at the top of the Items page. All winners will be notified at auction close via text message (if opted in) or via email if the winner opted out of text message notifications.Kraken Community Iceplex reserves the right to cancel bids suspected of fraud or tampering, to its discretion.

Payment can be made using the credit card on file with the mobile auction platform.

1. Click “Pay” at the top of the Items page
2. Review the purchase summary
3. Enter a credit card or use the one on file
4. Click “Pay”
5. Once payment is secured, a red “Paid” stamp appears

Payment must be received within 24 hours of the auction closing time. If payment
has not been received within 24 hours of the date of the auction, any remaining balance due will be automatically charged to the card on file on the next business day after the 24-hour period has expired.

A member from the Kraken Community Iceplex will contact each winner on Monday, November 4th to make arragements for their experience on the 9th.
